This film is suppoed to be a prequel to the original film 'The Evil Dead' (1981).
A sneak peek trailer for the film was shown at Cinema Con in 2026, but has not been released to the wider public.

Directed by rookie Francis Galluppi, this is not their directorial debut, but it is their first horror film.

'Evil Dead Wrath' cast features: charlotte Hope, Jessica McNamee, Zach Gilford, Josh Helman, Ella Newton, Elizabeth Cullen, and others.

'Evil Dead Wrath' will release April 7, 2028.
