'Hollow Trees' plot summary: Years after a devastating war, a hardened survivor and a young boy are forced from their home by a creature capable of imitating humans. As they journey north in search of refuge, their fragile bond is pushed to its limits.

We are not sure what the creature is or where it originated from, possibly alien?
This low budget film was an award winner at Galway Film Fleadh 2026.

Directed by rookie Cathal Fitzpatrick, we believe this will be a breakout film for this Irish director.
