No relation to The Fog, though it seems inspired by it, this is a Stephen King story.
The film is really about human nature with many themes explored, like religion and self preservation.
The CGI holds up just okay today, but ultimately makes it a little less scary, and the score could have been better.
You won’t be expecting this pretty unique and tragic ending.
There is also a black & white version.
