A survival story; this is a gruesome film with some deaths that will haunt you, we can still hear their screams.

The film does a good job of making you attached to the characters before their inevitable deaths. Who is going to make it out of the rainforest? Anyone??

Interestingly, the native American tribe is portrayed by an actual tribe, the Callanayacu Tribe.

The film is an homage to the 1980 film Cannibal Holocaust, which we do NOT recommend you watch.

Directed by veteran Eli Roth, known for Cabin Fever (2002), 'Hostel' (2005), and 'Thanksgiving' (2023).

'The Green Inferno' cast features: Lorenzo Izzo, Ariel Levy, Richard Burgi, Ramón Llao, Ignacia Allamand, Nicolás Martínez, Sky Ferreira, Magda Apanowicz, Kirby Bliss Blanton, Daryl Sabara,

Aaron Burns, and others.
