Lice Movie Preview

Lice plot summary: a parasitic outbreak hits a Long Island high school in the 1980s, leading to military quarantine. Students infected with an unbearable itch fight each other for survival.

Lice premiered at Fantastic Fest 2025 to a mostly positive audience reception, the practical effects received lots of praise and with it also being called a fun and hilarious creature feature.

The story feels reminiscent of The Faculty (1998) in setting and premise.

No movie poster or trailer for Lice yet.

Directed by rookie Jonathan Bensimon, this will be their directorial debut and we expect it to be a breakout film based on the casting.

Lice cast features: Emile Hirsch, Justin Long, Kevin Connolly, Émilie Bierre, Joelle Farrow, Riley Davis, Cooper Levy, and others.
